Cancellation Policy
🎉 Event & Birthday Party Policy We can’t wait to celebrate your special day at Palmetto Playhouse! Our goal is to make your child’s party or your private event fun, safe, and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our event policies before booking your celebration. 💳 Payments & Reservations A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due before your event begins. Reservations are confirmed only once your deposit is received. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other services or future events. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Parties may be rescheduled one time at no additional fee due to illness or severe weather. Additional reschedules may incur a **$50 fee**. Cancellations result in forfeiture of your deposit, and no-shows are responsible for the full balance. 🕒 Event Timing Parties are booked in set time blocks. You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your start time for setup. Please have all decorations, food, and belongings removed promptly at your event’s end time so we can prepare for the next celebration. Extra time may be added, if available, for an additional fee. 🎈 Decorations & Food You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, tableware, and food items. Please use painter’s tape only for wall décor—no pins, glitter, confetti, or adhesive that damages surfaces. Balloons are welcome but must stay within your party area. **Palmetto Playhouse is a nut-free facility**, so all snacks and treats must be free of peanuts and tree nuts. Outside food and drinks are limited to the designated party area, and alcohol is not permitted. 👣 Safety & Cleanliness Grip socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas—no shoes or bare feet allowed. A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times. Staff are present to maintain safety but do not provide direct supervision. For everyone’s health, please reschedule if your child or guests are ill. Our play space is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and after each event.
