Let your little ones climb, explore, and imagine at Palmetto Playhouse! Our Open Play Sessions are designed to give children a safe, clean, and exciting space to play — while parents/ caregivers relax and enjoy some downtime. Each session is booked in two-hour time slots, ensuring every family has plenty of space to play comfortably. Children can run, jump, and discover new adventures in our fun, climate-controlled indoor playground — no matter the weather outside! Socks are required for both children and adults, so don’t forget to bring a pair for everyone. We can’t wait to welcome you for some screen-free fun and big smiles. Reserve your playtime online and make it a day to remember!

🛝 Palmetto Playhouse Open Play Policy At Palmetto Playhouse, safety, cleanliness, and fun are our top priorities. To help everyone have the best experience possible, please review our open play guidelines below. These policies apply to all guests during open play sessions. --- Reservations & Playtime * All open play sessions are booked in two-hour time slots to ensure a comfortable and safe capacity. * Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but advance reservations are encouraged * Please arrive on time for your scheduled session; we cannot extend playtime for late arrivals. --- Socks & Attire * Grip socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas. * No shoes or bare feet are permitted beyond the lobby. * Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed. * We recommend comfortable, play-friendly clothing for active movement. --- Allergy-Friendly Environment * Palmetto Playhouse is a nut-free facility. * Outside food and drinks are permitted only in designated snack areas. Please make sure all items are peanut and tree nut free. * If your child has a food allergy, please notify our staff upon arrival so we can accommodate your needs. --- Supervision & Safety * A parent or guardian must supervise their child(ren) at all times. * Staff members are present to maintain a safe environment but are not responsible for direct child supervision. * Rough play, running in non-play areas, or unsafe behavior will result in a warning or removal from play areas. * Please help keep our space clean — remove shoes before entering, avoid bringing food or drinks into play zones, and report spills or concerns to staff. --- Health & Cleanliness * If your child is showing signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose, rash, etc.), please visit us another day. * Play areas are sanitized throughout the day and deep cleaned each evening. * Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility for your convenience.
